Yoga: Monday morning, 9.45am to 11.15am.
My name is Donna Sams. I am a British Wheel Diploma teacher. This class is a good introduction if you are new to yoga or you are returning back to yoga after some time. The class is open to all, Men and women all ages all shapes all sizes! Yoga is a wonderful way to befriend your body, to gently stretch, to open up your breath and to relax deeply. this class is very useful if you have any health conditions, and can be adapted to a chair if necessary.
Please wear comfortable clothes with layers. Please bring a mat and a blanket for relaxation.
Monthly meditation workshops on Saturday 11th February will be starting the first from 9.30 pm to 12.30 pm.
